Shipping and Returns 

At shirishuae.com, the customers can return or exchange many products by adhering to our policies. Not all products can be returned or exchanged. Return or exchange policies prevail in the respective product pages itself and customers should read those before purchase.

  • 1.Clothing, fashion accessories, watches and sunglasses etc are accepted upon requests to refund, replace or exchange within 20 days from the date of delivery.
  • 2.Sport wears and accessories, foot wears, fitness equipments, baby care, jewellery, travel items, home decors, furnishings, household products, books, music, office and    school supplies, automotive tools etc are accepted only upon requests to refund or replace within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • 3.Electronics, large appliances, furniture etc are accepted only upon requests to replace within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or Exchange of items are not allowed.
  • 4.Grocery items are accepted upon requests to refund within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Check before you return

  • 1.Pack the complete product including its parts or remote or spare if any was given along with that during delivery.
  • 2.The products that are ready to be returned to us must not be damaged, washed, used or should not contain any stain and tampered seals if any.
  • 3.The item that is ready to be returned should be packed in its original packing that was delivered to you.
  • 4.Stick the invoice that was there in the original packing and the bill/receipt or the price tag which was sent along with the product should also be returned. Refunds
  • 5.Refunded amount will be reflected in your account within 5 working days from the time we receive the product.
  • 6.Once we receive the product that had been returned by the customer, our customer support team will inspect the received product and then process the refunds.

Replacements

We do refund the amount as replacements are not possible in the case of unavailability of stock or any other uncertain reasons.
